Three Lions Bakery offers all-natural, organic and delicious alternatives free from the common allergens: wheat, gluten, dairy, casein and eggs. Rest assured, all sweeteners have been chosen responsibly and used sparingly. White sugar will never be found in our bakery, nor will we ever use toxic chemical sweeteners. Instead, most products are sweetened with agave nectar—a natural syrup from a cactus which is low on the glycemia index and often a safe alternative to most non-insulin dependant diabetics.
We’ve invested in a dedicated plant so that you have the added confidence and assurance that you can eat Enjoy Life products without requirement of first aid kits. Unlike other manufacturers whose facilities might also process or nut-containing products, all Enjoy Life production equipment warehouse space is dedicated to being gluten- and nut-free.
Our ingredient suppliers are required to complete non-contamination certificates for every ingredient that we purchase. Ingredients are additionally tested (based on the product) for gluten, casein, peanut and soy protein. Equipment is cleaned thoroughly after product and flavor changes following good manufacturing procedures. Finally, every Enjoy Life employee understands the severity of food allergies and intolerances and takes careful precautions to protect our customers.
